Karl has done many jobs for us now, while we're renovating our house and also regular things like boiler services. He's a top bloke, organised with reminders and follow ups, always on time, and does a good job at a decent rate. We recommended him to others on our street and they feel the same way! As a new customer I was unsure but that worry was quickly dealt with. Got an appointment with a few days and notification that he was on the way in good time before the appointment, with a tracker showing progress in traffic. That alone is a reassurance and builds confidence. Punctual, presentable and polite - such a good start.
