Meet Karl Lindsey

Your Local West London Plumbing & Heating Expert

Founder & Director – Core Plumbing & Heating Solutions Ltd

Born and raised in West Kensington, my plumbing and heating journey started at West London College, where I studied Plumbing & Heating up to Level 3.

Since then, I’ve built over 10 years of experience in the industry, working on everything from boiler repairs and servicing to complete heating installations.

I founded Core Plumbing & Heating Solutions with one simple goal: to do things properly.

That means providing honest advice, quality workmanship and a personal service our customers can rely on. Whether we’re installing a new boiler, repairing a heating system or carrying out a routine service, we take pride in every job.

We’re proud to be accredited installers for Vaillant, Worcester Bosch, Baxi, Main and Glow-worm, giving our customers access to trusted heating brands and quality products.

No unnecessary work. No confusing jargon. No shortcuts.

Just experienced engineers, honest advice and a job done properly.

Core Plumbing & Heating Solutions — built on experience, driven by quality.

Karl has done many jobs for us now, while we're renovating our house and also regular things like boiler services. He's a top bloke, organised with reminders and follow ups, always on time, and does a good job at a decent rate. We recommended him to others on our street and they feel the same way! We will be seeing him again soon!

Jon Dance

This last job was a gas boiler service. Karl is reliable. He turns up when he says he will. That’s not often the norm these days, sadly. He is also thorough. He supports his jobs with reports.

I commend Karl for the wonderful installation of my new boiler. Great Job !

Alex Rosenberg

Great as always. Highly recommended. Thanks Karl.

Emilian Dan Cartis

Karl is fantastic! Very good, professional, timely response, excellent communication, inspection and finalization of our Gas Certificate. He seemed very knowledgeable, providing clear rationale and explanations. Will certainly retain him for any future works.

Lucy Hurley

Karl is brilliant, always on time, giving clear advice and solutions. Polite and conscious, would highly recommend.

As a new customer I was unsure but that worry was quickly dealt with. Got an appointment with a few days and notification that he was on the way in good time before the appointment, with a tracker showing progress in traffic. That alone is a reassurance and builds confidence. Punctual, presentable and polite - such a good start. Maintenance seemed thorough and detailed including items that others had ignored in previous years. I have already passed the recommendation to several other people.

Full safety check including combustion readings & Gas safety including gas tightness, cleaning off important components including condense, recharge vessels, supply safety certificate.

Service will take us between 45 – 60 minutes.

No, a boiler service should not be used as a callout for an issue with
your boiler, should you have a boiler issue, you should book a boiler
repair.

Boiler servicing, keeps the boiler in optimum working performance and monitors how the boiler is running, so can contribute to keeping bills down.

Not directly, pressure loss can be for many reasons, however, recharging the expansion vessel or checking the PRV could solve the issue, but ensure you let us know before booking.

We will bring this to your attention and deal with it following Gas safe
regulations, with you safety in mind.
