Karl has done many jobs for us now, while we're renovating our house and also regular things like boiler services. He's a top bloke, organised with reminders and follow ups, always on time, and does a good job at a decent rate. We recommended him to others on our street and they feel the same way! We will be seeing him again soon!

This last job was a gas boiler service. Karl is reliable. He turns up when he says he will. That’s not often the norm these days, sadly. He is also thorough. He supports his jobs with reports.

Karl is fantastic! Very good, professional, timely response, excellent communication, inspection and finalization of our Gas Certificate. He seemed very knowledgeable, providing clear rationale and explanations. Will certainly retain him for any future works.

As a new customer I was unsure but that worry was quickly dealt with. Got an appointment with a few days and notification that he was on the way in good time before the appointment, with a tracker showing progress in traffic. That alone is a reassurance and builds confidence. Punctual, presentable and polite - such a good start. Maintenance seemed thorough and detailed including items that others had ignored in previous years. I have already passed the recommendation to several other people.
